Revenue leaders are tasked with deeply understanding their pipeline and coaching their team to find and close more deals, but without being directly involved in the deals, there are inherent blind spots. Call notes and 1:1 rep conversations are used in an attempt to fill in those blind spots, but they will never give leaders the insight they need.
But what if there was an AI agent who could be a part of every customer communication? What if they could join every customer meeting, be cc’d on every customer email, and be included in every customer text conversation? They could ensure that the sales pipeline is tracked correctly, including details like why deals are lost to competitors, and tell a sales leader when they need to get involved in a deal because a rep needs more coaching or churn risk is high.
That’s the power of Momentum. Momentum is an enterprise listening platform that uses AI agents embedded in your workflow to organize customer engagements into insights, empowering teams to collaborate efficiently, prioritize work, close deals, and expand business.
Today, we’re expanding the power of that platform with a slew of updates to improve the reach of our AI agents. First, we’re launching our brand-new Coaching Agent to track how well your customer-facing teams adhere to leadership guidance and tie that back directly to revenue. We’re also adding new first-party data sources, including call recording capabilities with Webex and Wiser AI integrations and the ability to pull additional data from emails and SMS text messages. Finally, we’re launching our own native video library for those that want to include their call recording and AI automations into one platform.
The Coaching Agent
We’re excited to launch a first-of-its-kind Coaching Agent to help revenue enablement teams and revenue leaders better track and uplevel their customer-facing teams. Our new Coaching Agent joins all of your customer calls to track customer-facing team performance, including grading how well they adhere to sales processes and the impact that has on their quota attainment. This finally unlocks the ability to definitively understand how well sales methodologies and training are performing at scale. Previously, everything was dependent on anecdotal evidence or just from the calls leaders happened to watch.
In addition to highlighting issues to the revenue enablement team, Coaching Agent will provide personalized, proactive guidance to reps immediately, which ultimately shortens ramp-up periods since they’re not waiting for their next 1:1 meeting with management or team training. Individuals are empowered to improve their performance on their own.
We gave Veriff’s enablement team early access, and they’re already seeing impressive results.
“Without Momentum’s AI Coaching Agent, we had no idea where our sales reps were failing across their core competencies,” remarked Arjun Ganatra, Business Systems Architect at Veriff. “But, now, we’ve taken our sales enablement program from reactive to proactive. We now have week-over-week visibility of rep performance at scale so that we can analyze the trends and identify areas for proactive training and enablement.”
New First-Party Data Sources
As we’ve all found over the last few years during the AI revolution, AI is only as powerful as its data sources. That’s why we’re constantly adding integrations into your full tech stack to leverage as much data as possible for smarter agents and insights. Today, besides Coaching Agent, we’re increasing the power of all our agents, including Deal Execution Agent, Customer Retention Agent, and AI CRO, through additional customer engagement sources.
Now, Momentum integrates with Webex and Wiser AI for call recording analysis, along with Gong, Google Meet, Zoom, Chorus, Clari Co-Pilot, Microsoft Teams, Salesloft, and Dialpad, so you’re covered no matter which call recording tool your team likes.
While customer meetings contain valuable information, we also know many customer engagements happen between meetings, so only analyzing customer calls misses other vital data points. That’s precisely why we’re launching the ability to include emails and SMS text messages as additional data sources. Through integrations with Apollo.io and Dialpad, revenue teams can now use customer engagements between sales calls to identify buying intent signals, churn risk, and other essential insights.
Native Video Library
Finally, after lots of customer requests, we’re also launching our own native video library as an optional add-on to any of our plans. While we will continue to provide robust integrations with other call recording software, we’ll now better support teams that want to combine their call recording and meeting AI into one platform. So, you can plug Momentum into your current call recording solution, completely replace your current solution with Momentum, or easily kick-start your call recording efforts for the first time.
We’re excited to bring all of these features to our customers starting today. Check out a live demo of all of these features during our LinkedIn Live today at 10am EST, or reach out to our team to learn more!
