With this workflow setup, whenever an account is created, the account room link is updated in the account in the Salesforce Account field given by the user.
To setup this workflow:
Go to the Momentum web app. You can navigate to Momentum directly from your Slack workspace.
- Find the Momentum app from the list of apps in your Slack workspace and click on "Momentum App" displayed at the top.
- This will directly take you to the Momentum app where you can now set up your workflow.
- You will find a list of available recipes here. Select the recipe titled "Add Account Room Link in a Salesforce Account"
- Enter the details shown in the recipe.

That’s it, enter the details and Click on ‘Create Workflow’ and you are good to go !!!
To deactivate the workflow, you can go the list of workflows from ‘Advanced Workflows’ option on the left and toggle the ‘status’ switch off.
