This quick-start guide will cover how a rep can authenticate with Momentum in just a few minutes to be able to receive call summaries and other AI features.
Step 1: Open the Momentum App in Slack
From the Momentum Slack App, click into Messages at the top of the screen
Step 2: Open the Configuration Flow
Type '/integrations' which will display the "Configure Integrations with Momentum" shortcut. Click this to select integrations.
For Momentum AI reps using Zoom or Google Meet, we'll want to configure Salesforce and Google Calendar. Click 'Authorize' on each of these. If your team is using Gong or Clari, the team just needs to authorize Salesforce.
Step 3: Authenticate with Salesforce
We use Salesforce authentication to allow you to write to Salesforce without logging into Salesforce directly. Click the 'Allow' button at the bottom.
Step 4: Authenticate with Google Calendar
We use Google Calendar to tell Momentum when to join calls. Make sure to check the box below while authenticating so Momentum can accurately detect calls.
